Very interesting proposal. I believe this would contribute a lot to PASIC. The theme is similar to other applicants', but none in the daytime showcase concert section. Since this is centered in Candomble practices and other native Brazilian religious traditions, I think it would be valuable to showcase this.

This is a topic not typically presented at PASIC. The Ilu are specific drums related to sacred AFro-Brazilian music, and a presentation on this topic would certainly be interesting. It does appear the application is a little unclear on how much traditional or contemporary applications of this music will be presented

I don't think this demonstration will be right for the daytime concerts. He can clearly play the instrument, but I think he submitted in the wrong category.

The application is not in English bur I can see that this one is good to present a workshop or maybe clinic in virtual or in-person.
