This is an interesting topic, as it may not be strictly about percussion, but rather about other things that percussionists need to do. I imagine there are a number of music ed students that could benefit from experienced band directors. It is hard to know what will be covered in this session with such a limited description. The topic itself could be beneficial but might be better served as a panel discussion. Band jobs across the country vary wildly, and multiple perspectives might be more useful.

Feels more like an MEA or Midwest presentation but it is applicable to a large segment of attendees at PASIC.
